Refund Policy

1. Service Fees
Lightning Recovery & Towing LLC strives to provide reliable towing and roadside assistance services. Service pricing is based on towing distance, recovery complexity, roadside assistance requirements, vehicle condition, and other operational factors.
2. Completed Services
Refunds are generally not available after towing, roadside assistance, recovery, or transportation services have been completed and delivered as agreed upon.
3. Cancellations
If a customer cancels a service request after dispatch or operator travel has begun, cancellation fees may apply to cover the cost of operator time and fuel already expended.
4. Emergency Situations
Service delays caused by weather, accidents, road closures, or emergency conditions do not automatically qualify for refunds. We will communicate any delays as promptly as possible.
5. Billing Disputes
Customers should contact us directly regarding billing concerns or disputed charges. We are committed to resolving billing issues fairly and promptly. Please contact us within 30 days of service.
6. Unauthorized Chargebacks
Fraudulent or unauthorized payment disputes may result in collections activity or legal action. We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating any chargeback with their financial institution.
7. Refund Review
Refund requests may be reviewed individually depending on service circumstances. We will evaluate each request on a case-by-case basis and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
